1. General Information
All UK Mainland orders are sent within 1 working day and are normally delivered within 2-3 Working days of your order being placed depending on which delivery service is applicable. All orders received by 5pm are usually dispatched the same day.Should your item not be delivered within its promised delivery date, please allow an additional 2 working days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstances (Black Friday / Christmas, etc.). Always check with the courier first before contacting Tale & Token if possible.
As a UK company, you will NOT be charged customs charges or duties when ordering from the UK. All stock is held within the UK mainland and no additional charges will be incurred by Tale & Token.
Shipping prices for UK orders are final and you will not be expected to incur any further costs. This includes delayed, lost or misrouted items, as well as any re-delivery charges which will be paid for by Tale & Token in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Order Processing
- We ship from England
- We process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed immediately, however will not be shipped until the day before release.
- Products marked as "Made to Order" will be shipped within their specific time range. This can vary depending on the period and availability of materials. You will be kept well informed as this progresses.
- All orders placed before 5pm will be usually despatched the very same day.
- Where two or more orders are placed within the same despatch window to the same customer and same address, in most cases we will ship all of the items together.
- Should a pre-ordered item and non pre-ordered item be purchased together, we will hold all items until they are available to be shipped together.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@taleandtoken.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Pre-Orders will be despatched on or just before the date of release. We do not promise to deliver pre-ordered items on the day of the release, as shipments to and from our warehouse may be delayed due to issues outside of our control. We aim to ensure you receive your pre-order as quickly as possible.
